We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technology.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. In practice that means:

• Text is large, with strong contrast against its background.
• Every part of the site works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
• A “Skip to content” link lets keyboard users jump past the navigation.
• Headings, landmarks and form labels are set up for screen readers.
• Animation is switched off if your device asks for reduced motion.
• The site works when zoomed to 200% and on small phone screens.
• There are no popups, chatbots or timed content.

How we check

We test with automated tools (including Lighthouse), by keyboard, and with a screen reader before each release.

Known limitations

Some links go to other websites, such as our booking calendar. We don’t control how accessible those sites are. If you can’t use them, email us and we’ll book a time with you directly.
