NDIS Sites is a Lead Nest studio. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and what we do with it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address and anything you write in the message.
• Email: whatever you include when you email us.
• Booking a call: if you use our booking calendar, the details you enter there.

We don’t ask for, and you don’t need to send us, information about NDIS participants or anyone’s health or disability.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to you, talk about a website project, and keep a record of our conversations. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or rent your information.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of service providers to run this site and our business:

• Formspree delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
• Calendly runs our booking calendar.
• Vercel hosts this website and keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.

These providers may store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose providers that protect personal information to a standard similar to the Australian Privacy Principles.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn’t use advertising cookies. If we add website analytics, we’ll update this policy to say which tool we use and what it collects.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to work with you, or as required by law, then delete them.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email oliver@lead-nest.com.au and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you’re concerned about how we’ve handled your information, email us first. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
